Due to current Covid-19 and supply chain circumstances, some items may take longer to ship than normal. We appreciate your patience and we remain committed to providing you the best service possible. Products that are out of stock go on a back order list and will be fulfilled when they arrive to supplier. In 2021 we are seeing product availability lead times from a couple weeks to several months, Raw material shortages and price increases are creating these issues.
This web page is created on Shopify based web page which uses a 3rd party processing company for payments. TNOACO does not receive our customers money for products they order for 3-5 business days. Some orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may be delayed in their shipping process. In other cases, some orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. In these particular instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.
Custom products or specialty items that are made to order may also require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location.
